(Formerly Ombudsmen)

Texas811 has a team whose sole responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our members and serve as your liaisons with Texas811.

Member Service Managers assist members with one-call questions, concerns, and changes.  They are available to assist members Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and can be reached after hours for emergencies. Typical issues include, but are not limited to, updating member mapping, questions about a specific ticket, updating contact information, billing or ticket receiving sites.
