Culture is very important at Texas811. It has become part of our business strategy along with other important initiatives.

Our CEO has a background in neuroscience and has introduced Neuroleadership to the organization. This gives our employees tools to focus on individuals as humans instead of as a means to an end. Because of this thought process,

we have developed internal loyalty, which shows in the tenure of our staff. We are a family.

We are in the process of implementing a diversity, equity, and inclusion program to help mitigate unconscious biases and to help make employees feel 100% comfortable to be their authentic selves.
