FAXe-z

The Texas811 Fax-a-Locate program has a new look and new requirements to better serve our users and members.
Texas811 has developed an innovative virtual fax option called FAXe-z that will save you money and allow our CSRs to be more responsive to your requests. Click HERE to save on toner costs, paper jams and phone charges. The first time you go to the FAXe-z site, you are required to register as a user. Then fax away!
Additionally, you will still have the option of printing the fax for your records. Once the FAXe-z form is filled in, you simply submit the form. You will have the option to print the FAXe-z for your records. You are going to like how easy and cost effective this is.
Sending requests via manual fax is no longer an option.
Remember you can cut down on returned faxes by being as specific as possible:
- If the location is at an address, include which side of the road the address is on and how far it is from a nearby intersection to the dig location.
- If the location is outside of city limits, include driving directions from a major intersection and approximate distance from the road to the dig location.
